yep.. worked for me too.. logged into hosting service, opened php myadmin, copied code, ran… workie workie.

I also was not able to get into the admin screen. Use a MySQL Client (you may have phpmyadmin on your server) to make the insert. You will then be able to log in to the admin screen where you can enable the plugins one-by-one.
